Nothing says Fall like homemade applesauce and nothing is easier to prepare and healthier for your family!
3 pounds organic apples
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp cinamon
1. Cut and core apples (leave the nutrient rich skin on) 2. Put in a crockpot with water and cinnamon 3. Cook on high with lid on for 6 hours 4. Blend in a blender for a few minutes. Be careful not to over blend- should be slightly chunky. 5. Eat within one week or freeze and enjoy later.
